Welcome to the Pro Builder Plus Welcome Letters.
There are 14 letters in the series and they are to be sent to people who have upgraded from pre-enrollee to full member at Pro Builder Plus.
The letters are customizable for your own use. You are encouraged to change the letters as much as possible and put in your own personal touches. Make sure each letter has your own personal flavor that reflects your personality and beliefs. This also gives us greater variety on the web and helps avoid filters which may have been set to identify too many standard letters. Please work on your letters and use these letters as a backbone and a guide. Remember you can always change your details by clicking the link below.

The Conventions used in the letters are standard and use Square Brackets. For example a prospects first name at GDI is represented by [GDIFirst] and their last name is represented by [GDILast] It is your responsibility to go through each letter and replace the relevant [Name] with the associated variable in the responder you are using. Where possible the variables are highlighted. This is not possible in certain cases where the [Name] variable is in a URL as the code would corrupt the URL. Please watch out for this particularly in the Pro Builder and GDI letters.
Remember you are required to have an unsubscribe mechanism in EVERY letter you send. YOU have to add this to your letters.
